Thank you for visiting and shopping at Neala Crafts collections. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy (Ireland)
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: Free for Republic of Ireland (2-5 business days)
- Standard shipping: €7 applies to the following European countries (France, UK, Germany, Belgium and Netherland." Free shipping for order above €100" (3-7 Business days)
- Standard Shipping: €15 applies for the rest of the Europe (5-7 Business days) and for the the rest of world flat rate of €25 applies . (3-21 Business days)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Neala Crafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
International Shipping Policy
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.
Please note, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees according to your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
We take pride in the quality of our products, and each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. Upon receiving your order, please check it immediately. If you notice any damage, defects, or missing items, contact us at contact@nealacraftscollections.ie within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. Unfortunately, issues reported after this timeframe cannot be accepted for return.
In the rare event that a product arrives faulty or damaged, we will arrange for a full refund or provide a replacement, delivered at no additional cost to you. Please contact us before returning any item.
Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your card provider.
